Also, he served in several senior management and leadership roles in higher education in the United States of America as Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration and CFO at the University of Arkansas System at the Pine Bluff campus; Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration and CFO at the University of North Carolina System at the North Carolina Central University campus in Durham; Vice President for Audit and Compliance at the State University System of Florida at the Florida A&M University campus in Tallahassee; Vice President for Finance and Administration and CFO at the Independent Colleges & Universities of Florida at the Bethune Cookman University campus in Daytona Beach; and Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs at Florida A&M University. Dr. Odour worked in the private sector at international accounting firm Deloitee and Touche. Curtiss Stancil is the Chief Growth Officer for Roberts Colson and Company, has over 25 years of results-driven global integrated services, strategic growth, consumer package goods and entrepreneur experience. Prior to Roberts Colson and Company. Curtiss was the founder of Vibrainium Learning, Inc., Inc., which provided online education solutions for global markets. In addition, Curtiss was founder of Curtmont Foodservices, a joint venture partnership with Elior, NA, USA division of Paris, France Based Contract Foodservices Giant Elior, LTD with over $10 billion in revenue, which he exited in 2018. Additionally, Curtiss has held executive level strategic growth and business development positions with several global companies such as Loreal, Sodexo, Edison-Learning, Amplio Speech, Wella Personal Care, Dark &Lovely and First Transit. Curtiss holds a B.S. in Business Marketing from Albany State University. Curtiss did MBA coursework at Alabama A&M University.
Swann Karandikar, Chief Development & Infrastructure Officer, has woked in the field of design & development for 30 years. Prior to joining Roberts Colson & Company, he worked with Sodexho for over eight years as Regional Project Director, functioning as the primary contact for Sodexo on multiple projects as lead developer. Typical services included programming, capital budget management, feasibility testing, design, contracting, negotiation, construction, and financial management of turnkey design/build projects.
Swann overall project management duties, included retaining, paying, and managing all architecture and engineering consultants, interior designers, campus food service and other speciality consultants, as well as general contractors, equipment suppliers and speciality contractors reqired forthe successful delivery of hospiltality projects of all types. All projects have typicallyi included both internal and external at Sodexo 5000+ operating accounts throughout the United States.
Swanns Education background includes Master Architecture Degree from VA Tech University and Master of Business Administartion from John Hopkins Univeristy, Baltimore MD (USA) and BA from the Univeristy of Bombay, India.
Lavaille Lavette, Chief Marketing Officer, Roberts Colson & Company, Inc. has a Master’s in Education, Lavaille's diverse professional journey has seen her as an investment broker, school teacher, school district administrator, speechwriter, marketing executive, and special advisor to former US Secretary of Education, Dr. Rod Paige.
Lavaille is a current board member of the Houston-Monrovia Sister Cities Committee. She is also a founding Board Member of the Luanda Africa Sister City Association and served as the first President of the association. (Currently President Emeritus). Her focus in the business sector in Africa is agriculture with projects in several countries including Kenya, South Africa and Angola. Lavaille is involved in a number of international charitable initiatives.
Alongside her business partners, Lavaille pioneered the first-ever convenience store/gas station in Chicago with a literacy purpose, based on her Roopster Roux Book Series, at Therouxstore.com and Roopsterroux.com.
